| Today I finally started building my second Faller amusement kit, the Wildwater Log Ride. The kit actually uses real water to push the 12 boats through the course. The first order of business was to count and inspect all of the main, essential parts of the kit. After a thorough inspection I began work. I got through page 4 in the manual in approximately 4 hours time. My biggest problem was getting the loooong decals onto the troughs. Several times I made ripples in the decals and even tore one while I was trying to change its direction. UGH! I've laid the track out to get a better idea of the layout. |
