| Twisted Rails opened October 4, 2000. Since then the site has gone through a few changes, all for the better. Most recently was a switch to a new ISP, Smarthosting. This site exists for me to share the photos I take at various parks as well as to document the construction of local theme parks. Currently Twisted Rails is following the construction at Six Flags Magic Mountain of all the new attractions there. I will also be following the construction of Knott's Berry Farm's new coaster, whatever it will be.
The site is currently run solely by myself, Karl DeAngelo, unless otherwise noted, and is coded entirely by hand. I use UltraEdit-32 to edit my code, which is an enhanced text editor. |
| A huge thanks to Tom for creating the "Twisted Rail" sidebar seen on the left. As for the future of the site, I'll be showing any good photos I take at any theme park I visit. I also have plans to build more of the Faller amusement model kits and document those as well. My current model is the Top Spin. I have already built the Wilde Maus and plan to create a construction log of that. Also coming will be a log of the Free Fall model. I hope that you will enjoy reading this site as much as I have enjoyed creating it. Feel free to say hello if you see me walking around any of the parks. |
